KIM MEDICAL Return and Exchange Policy

In accordance with the Law of Ukraine "On Consumer Rights Protection", you have the right to return or exchange a product of proper quality within 14 days from the date of purchase, provided that the following conditions are met:

• its commercial appearance, original packaging, seals, and labels are preserved;
• the receipt confirming the purchase (receipt or invoice) is available.

Please note: Medical products of proper quality are not subject to return or exchange according to the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine No. 172 dated March 19, 1994.

How to Process an Exchange or Return

To initiate the return or exchange process, please follow these steps:

1. Write a request to our official email info@kim-medical.com, call the hotline at 0 800 33 75 94, or contact the manager who handled your order directly.
2. Provide the order number and the reason for the return. If the product has defects, please include photos or videos.
3. Our manager will send you a sample application that needs to be filled out for a refund.
4. After agreeing on all details, send us the product in the same condition and in the original packaging in which it was delivered to you. (The manager will provide the shipping details).

Shipping Costs

• In the case of returning or exchanging a product of proper quality, the shipping costs are borne by the buyer.
• If the return is due to a defect found or an error on our part (for example, the wrong product was sent), the shipping costs will be covered by KIM MEDICAL.

Refund Terms and Method

• Refunds are processed within 1–5 business days after we receive the product and check its condition.
• Funds are transferred to the bank account of the buyer from which the payment was made. In the case of cash payment for the product, the funds will also be returned to the buyer in cash form.
