The MicroAire PAL® System is a power-assisted liposuction tool that facilitates the process of fat removal and body contouring. It serves as an alternative to traditional manual liposuction.

Brand: PAL MICROAIRE
Country of manufacture: United States
Service and maintenance

A powerful, high-precision instrument designed for the removal of small or large volumes of fat, artistic body contouring, and the harvesting of fat enriched with regenerative adipose-derived regenerative cells (ADRC).

PAL® cannulas with smooth reciprocating motion glide easily through tissues, reducing the physical effort required during liposuction and also shortening operating time.

The reciprocating motion also enhances your control, helping to gently guide the cannula with greater precision even through dense fibrous tissue. The result is a faster procedure, less fatigue for you, and more accurate results for your patients.

Adipocytes and ADRC obtained using PAL® are as healthy and viable as cells obtained during manual liposuction; meanwhile, PAL® provides a higher yield of loosely adherent stem cells, which may improve graft take.

PAL-650 from MicroAire® is a powerful, precise instrument designed for the removal of fat in small or large volumes, contouring, and fat collection.

Smooth reciprocating PAL cannulas glide through tissues, reducing the amount of physical effort required during liposuction, thereby shortening operating time.

The reciprocating motion enhances control, helping the surgeon gently and accurately guide the cannula even through dense fibrous tissue. The result is a faster procedure, less fatigue, and more accurate results.

PAL Cannulas

Small differences in the number of openings, as well as their size and placement on the cannula, can significantly impact the efficiency of the work and the outcome of the procedure.

MicroAire® has developed several configurations of openings based on clinical studies and customer feedback.

PAL® does not use heat, unlike lasers or ultrasonic energy, which can damage cells and injure patients
It has been proven that PAL® provides the best preservation of surrounding tissues and septal fibers
The PAL® fluid pathway connects directly from the cannula to the sterile tubing, keeping the tissue clean and uncontaminated. In simulation devices, fluids can pass through the handle, which may contain biocontaminants from previous patients even after sterilization
Vibration damping technology makes working with PAL® more comfortable compared to analogs
PAL® is powered by a powerful electric console, so the device does not lose power (does not "choke"), unlike pneumatic devices
