Atlas is a realistic full-body ALS mannequin from 3B Scientific designed for training vital resuscitation skills. It features an intubated head, a chest for performing CPR, arms for intravenous (IV) and intraosseous (IO) injections, and foam legs. Anatomically realistic airways include the tongue, oropharynx, nasopharynx, epiglottis, vallecula, vocal cords, esophagus, trachea, thyroid cartilages, and lungs. Both oral and nasal intubation can be performed using basic and advanced airway management devices.
The unique chest design allows for realistic compression movements during CPR.
Atlas is wireless and integrates with the REALITi 360 system, which provides real-time feedback on compressions and ventilations during CPR. The pulse is monitored through settings in REALITi, making this simulator a comprehensive solution for training according to AHA/ERC standards. This system requires no complex technical setup and can be used immediately after unpacking.
REALITi 360 simulates various patient monitors, defibrillators, and ventilators used in both pre-hospital and hospital settings. This means that real devices are not required for training, reducing costs and simplifying the process.
