Training and demonstration using the Phacon Throat Assistant, among other methods, include:
• Functional endoscopic sinus surgery (FESS)
• Transnasal endoscopy
• Simulation of swallowing motion
• Endoscope inversion
• Functional endoscopic sinus surgery (FESS)
Transnasal and transethmoidal access to the pituitary gland
• Orbital decompression
• Extension of the Eustachian tube
Thanks to the simple click system, the model of the sinuses and throat can be replaced independently, making the PHACON Throat Assistant a cost-effective and efficient model.
Due to its size, the case is perfectly suited for transport in carry-on luggage on flights, for easy transportation at exhibitions and congresses, as well as optimal storage when not in use.
