Life/form® "Airway Larry" Adult Airway Management Trainer Head [SKU: LF03667]

Life/form® "Airway Larry" Adult Airway Management Trainer Head [SKU: LF03667]

"Airway Larry" simulates the condition of an unanesthetized patient for practicing intubation, ventilation, suction (aspiration), and cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) techniques.

Features:

Realistic anatomy and landmarks include teeth, tongue, oral and nasal parts of the pharynx, larynx, epiglottis, arytenoids, false and true vocal cords, trachea, esophagus, and cricoid cartilage.

The simulator allows practicing oral, digital, and nasal intubation, as well as the insertion of E.T., E.O.A., P.T.L., L.M.A., Combitube®, and King System devices. Aspiration techniques and proper cuff inflation can also be practiced.

With the ability to maneuver and a slightly anterior position, the simulator is suitable for both basic and advanced training courses. Applying pressure to the cricoid cartilage changes the position of the trachea and occludes the esophagus, allowing for realistic practice of the Sellick maneuver.

Construction:

Durable one-piece construction. There is a manual pulse on the carotid artery.

The head of the "Airway Larry" simulator can be attached to the CPARLENE® mannequin, making it a modular component of the Life/form® CRiSis mannequin. This allows for training in intubation and CPR on a single mannequin.

The set includes a spray bottle with lubricant. Lungs and stomach are not included (available separately under codes LF03605U and LF03606U).

Warranty: 5 years.

Weight: 7 pounds (approximately 3.2 kg).
