Service and maintenance

The Maquet Magnus system table allows positioning of the patient at a wide tilt angle (up to 80°) and lateral tilt (up to 45°), providing optimal access to the surgical field and the ability to perform complex surgical manipulations in various projections. The motorized table lift from 535 to 1,235 mm with a stationary column creates ergonomic conditions for the surgeon, reduces the risk of muscle overload, and improves the accuracy of surgical movements

The high stability of the construction allows for safe work with patients weighing up to 250 kg, and under special conditions — up to 380 kg, ensuring reliability during surgeries and reducing the risk of unwanted movements or patient displacement

The modular design of the Maquet Magnus operating table makes it an ideal choice for any surgical setup. Its functionality, accessories, and wide range of positioning options significantly simplify and enhance flexibility for both microsurgical and complex interventions. Perfect height adjustment, precise and controlled movements of the table, tilt and angle functions, as well as a large working radius provide maximum comfort and access during work

Ideal Patient Positioning

Maquet Magnus is suitable for all types of surgical interventions and ensures precise patient positioning. With a wide range of height adjustment, the table creates comfortable working conditions for surgeons both sitting and standing. Enhanced tilt capabilities, including in Trendelenburg and lateral tilt positions, simplify and optimize patient placement

Innovative Positioning Concept

The patient can be placed on the table top even in the induction zone. Thanks to the Maquet Magnus battery-powered transporter, the patient is transported without changing position directly from the induction zone to the operating room

Carbon Fiber Tabletop for Lithotomy Position

The carbon fiber lithotomy tabletop expands the capabilities of Maquet Magnus for minimally invasive surgeries in the lithotomy position. The large radiolucent range improves visibility from the pelvis to the liver, enhancing safety and effectiveness in gynecological, urological, and oncological interventions. The cutout on the tabletop provides better access to the pelvic area and convenient ergonomics for surgeons

Interventions in Hybrid Operating Room

The carbon fiber tabletop of Maquet Magnus supports endovascular and cardiovascular surgeries, interventional radiology, orthopedics, and traumatology. 360° radiolucency provides optimal access for radiological control, and available interfaces allow synchronization of the table with various equipment for interdisciplinary use

    Extraordinary Flexibility and Stability

The Maquet Magnus operating table column provides the capability for extreme patient positioning and optimal access to the surgical field. The “slope saddle” tilt technology allows for tilt angles of up to 80° with simultaneous lateral tilt of up to 45°. This guarantees stability during lateral tilt, optimal conditions for fluoroscopy, and unobstructed access to the surgical field within the appropriate working radius.

    High Modularity

With a wide selection of modules, the Maquet Magnus OR Table system easily adapts to any surgical intervention. With the appropriate configuration, the patient can be positioned almost “in a suspended state,” providing optimal conditions for fluoroscopy and unobstructed access to the surgical field from all sides.

    Ergonomic Working Conditions

The wide range of height adjustment allows surgeons to work in comfortable conditions, whether standing or sitting, even during prolonged surgeries, reducing physical strain.

    Innovative Patient Transport Concept

Thanks to the battery-powered transporter, the patient can be prepared in the induction area on the table and directly transferred to the operating room. This reduces manipulation time and enhances safety.

    Convenient Control Units

The control panel is equipped with a display and intuitive buttons with icons. Up to ten different patient positions can be stored and recalled from the program memory. The display, available in various language versions, shows the table status and possible errors. The backlit button panel ensures comfortable and safe operation even in a dimly lit operating room.

    Continuous Transport Without Patient Repositioning

The Maquet Magnus is part of the PILOT transport system, focused on the patient. It enables seamless use of intraoperative angiography, CT, and MRI at any stage of the intervention. The patient can be safely transported throughout the hospital and between different imaging systems without changing position.

    Carbon Fiber Tabletops

In addition to the universal modular tabletop, the Maquet Magnus is available with carbon fiber tabletops. The radiolucent composite material provides complete 360° visualization without metallic elements that could affect image quality. Motorized longitudinal and lateral displacement allows for the control of anatomical structures without moving the C-arm, particularly during angiography.
