Nutation
The handpiece features a pneumatic motor that directs the end of the cannula in a nutational motion. This specific movement is used for uniform infiltration and aspiration. Nutation creates an emulsion that gently breaks down fat cells while preserving all tissues.
After this stage, the emulsified fat can be carefully aspirated, resulting in less bleeding, swelling, and ecchymosis. Thus, aspiration is highly selective.
Infrasonic
(low frequency: less than 25 Hz) is generated by the movements of the cannula and acts as an anesthetic on the treated area, making the procedure more comfortable during and after treatment. Unlike other methods, the effect of infrasonic waves is transmitted beyond the cannula. Thus, infiltration occurs faster and more evenly.
