Nutation
The handpiece has a pneumatic motor that directs the end of the cannula in a nutational movement. This specific movement is used for uniform infiltration and aspiration. Nutation creates an emulsion that gently breaks down fat cells while preserving all tissues
After this stage, the emulsified fat can be carefully aspirated, with less bleeding, swelling, and ecchymosis. Thus, aspiration is very selective
Infrasonic sound
(low frequency: less than 25 Hz) is generated by the movements of the cannula and acts as an anesthetic on the treated area, making the treatment more comfortable during and after the procedure. Unlike other methods, the effect of infrasonic sound is transmitted beyond the cannula. Thus, infiltration occurs faster and more uniformly
