Reliable door system

The sterilizer doors are resistant to extreme pressure and have reliable thermal insulation to prevent heat loss. The vertical opening mechanism (up-down) operates extremely quietly thanks to the pneumatic system. The built-in safety system prevents pinching during closing and blocks the operation of the device if the doors are not closed. The doors also cannot be opened while there is pressure in the chamber. Tightness (for both vacuum and pressure) is ensured by a heat-resistant silicone seal. The seal requires no special maintenance and is easily replaceable, with the replacement time automatically displayed on the screen.

Modern control and monitoring

The sterilizer is fully automated and controlled by a microprocessor with PLC.
Equipped with a 7-inch color graphic touchscreen LCD for convenient monitoring of all parameters (pressure, temperature, time, program stages).
Comprehensive visual, textual, and audible warning system (for pressure errors, steam issues, or power outages).
Presence of an uninterruptible power supply (UPS) or battery system for safe operation completion during failures.
Built-in thermal printer (40 columns) for printing reports and cycle parameters.

Pressure measurement range: from -1.0 to +5 Bar (accuracy +0.001 Bar).

Temperature measurement range: from 0 °C to 150 °C (accuracy +0.1 °C).

Air filtration: HEPA filter (0.01 microns, efficiency 99.999%).
